Structural Neuromotor Reintegration
Structural Neuromotor Reintegration is the art and science of restoring proper muscle balance, proper spinal alignment, and proper posture. When these 3 items go wrong, it is referred to as a Structural Distortion. This in turn can cause pain, numbness, tingling, weakness, and a whole list of other named conditions.
The three pillars of correction are:
- The Chiropractic Adjustment – To restore proper spinal movement and reduce neurological interference
- Muscle Release and Balancing – To release tight muscles and strengthen weak muscles, restoring balance to the body’s muscular system
- Spinal Remodeling Traction – To reduce risk of arthritis, pathological spinal cord tension, and degeneration
If you become a practice member, there will be weekly videos progressing you through restoring your posture (which is the Number 1 cause of non-disease joint pain) and muscle dysfunction/imbalances (which is the second and third most common cause of non-disease joint pain).
Because many people might be wondering at this point what the 5 Most Common Causes of Pain are, I’ll not keep you waiting:
- Improper Posture (there are several million types of posture as opposed to just “good” and “bad” as you’ll learn in the upcoming videos)
- Poor Movement Quality and Variation (this is measured via our Posture Screen, Overhead Squat Screen, Single Leg Squat Screen, and various other measurements)
- Muscle Imbalance (such as having a very STRONG bicep muscle and a very WEAK triceps muscle)
- Tendinopathy (this develops as an overuse injury and is usually job/lifestyle related)
- Arthritis, Aging, and Collagen Degradation (getting old truly is not for the weak)
